Pipe Rolling Machine – Heavy-Duty Industrial Bending Machine

we offer this imported pipe rolling machine in excellent Used – Like New condition. The machine was purchased new and has been used for a very limited application, approximately once, and is now available for sale as a ready-to-work industrial machine.

The machine is designed for pipe rolling, tube bending, profile bending and forming applications and can operate in both forward and reverse directions, providing greater flexibility during fabrication.

Pipe & Tube Rolling

The machine can be used for various pipe and tube bending applications. A complete set of forming rollers is available, covering sizes from approximately Ø12 mm up to Ø75 mm, providing flexibility for different pipe diameters and fabrication requirements.

A dedicated roller set was also prepared for working with square tubes, including approximately 40 × 40 mm and 40 × 20 mm tubes, with wall thicknesses around 1.8–2 mm.

Sheet Metal Rolling

In addition to pipe and tube applications, the machine can also be used for sheet metal rolling/forming from the rear side, with a working width of approximately 30 cm, depending on the material and application.

Upgraded 10 HP Italian Motor

The machine was originally supplied with a 220V motor. For improved performance and suitability for heavier fabrication work, the machine has been upgraded and equipped with a 10 HP, 3-phase Italian motor.

The original 220V motor is also available/included with the machine, providing the buyer with an additional motor option.

Roller Set

The machine comes with a complete set of forming rollers suitable for different pipe sizes.

Important: The available roller dies are unused and have not been put into production.

The machine therefore offers a valuable combination of an imported machine, upgraded motor, and a wide range of forming rollers without the buyer having to purchase these components separately.
